Built in 2005, this is a modern take on a two storey dormer cottage. The road side north elevation is quite traditional. The back south facing elevation has a high third row of windows giving light to the front first floor bedrooms. The lower roof pitch to the back allows a full two storey elevation to the back. The south elevation has large windows and a timber feature divides the dwelling vertically.
